It was lovely having Esmerelda visit the Anlo Financial Solutions Edinburgh office in September. Lots of strategy meetings happened and lots and lots of walking through the beautiful city.
If you don’t know, Esmerelda runs the Anlo Financial Solutions Johannesburg office and Annja runs the Anlo Financial Solutions Edinburgh office.
Both offices provide accounting services to SMEs, helping businesses owners focus on what they do best, and leave the accounting and compliance work to us.
We also do tax returns (i.e., self-assessment tax returns in the UK) for individuals and liaise with the tax authorities on your behalf giving you the peace of mind that your tax affairs are in order and that you get the best tax position. We offer a free initial consultation from both offices, you can contact either Annja or Esmerelda depending your location.
We also developed an application called AnloAssist that helps individuals understand if they are tax resident in the UK, and what their tax filing requirements are.

EMP501 half year submissions are well on their way. If you haven’t heard from us regarding your companies EMP501, please contact Ntsako@anlofin.com
We have been checking retainer clients VAT documents for VAT requirements (if the client is registered for VAT) and sending updates to our clients as part of their management accounts.
If you would like to find our more, please contact Esmerelda to ensure that your company’s VAT documents are compliant😊To be able to submit a trust tax return, the following documentation needs to be submitted with the tax return. If we submit your trust tax return, then we will ask you for the following documentation:
Financial Statements
Beneficial Ownership
Minutes of meetings
Letter of authority
Trust deed
SARS’ request that we submit all of the above documents, can only mean that they will be looking into trust compliance. If you know of anyone that has a trust or is a trustee on a trust and needs help getting their tax affairs in order, please ask them to contact us.
