Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Tax Administrator to ensure correct and esnure accurate completion of Income tax and Provisional Tax returns as required by SARS. This tax administrator will work closely with the directors and clients to ensure the best position is obtained within the legal framework. The person should be able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Prepare Income tax engagement letters for individual clients and ensured signed copy received

  • Ask clients for all supporting documentation for income tax returns

  • Complete individual, company and trust income tax returns and related admin for approval and submission

  • Calculate and complete Provisional tax returns for approval and submission

  • Follow up on any SARS queries

  • Monitor payments to and from clients to SARS

  • Draft objections on e-filing to be submitted

  • Check tax assessments

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Tax administration role

  • Advanced computer skills in MS Office

  • Excellent communication skills

  • E-filing experience
