As a Receptionist you will be the personal assistant to the director of Anlo and the duties include, making sure requests she asks are performed and executed in time and of high standard.

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Receptionist’s duties include:

  • Offering administrative support across the organization, such as drafting letters and requesting documents.

  • Maintaining the petty cash and manage and reconcile all these cash expenses and ensure that no unauthorized expenses are incurred or that cash goes missing.

  • Welcoming guests and greeting people who visit the business, and offering coffee for clients.

  • Coordinating front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone call

  • Debtors calls and send out debtor’s statements on a regular basis, and if clients haven’t paid in a long time, following up and making sure payment arrangement are made.

  • Placing orders, collecting and receiving supplier invoices.

  • Do SARS visits which includes; Registering client for VAT, PAYE, Objections, Directive applications, manual submission, etc.

We are looking for someone with a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. You should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations.
